Does ClickFunnels Allow Retargeting?
Yet this question I got was phrased in an interesting way…
So allow me to explain a little better.
ClickFunnels allows you to add your retargeting pixels to their page…
So that you can retarget an audience using Facebook or whatever other platform.
Does that make sense?
How To Add Retargeting Pixel To ClickFunnels Part 1
So the first step when it comes to any ClickFunnels tutorial..
You need to sign into ClickFunnels first.
(there is a members login button at the top of the page)
Next you will need to go to where all of your funnels are.
From the ClickFunnels dashboard…
- Hover over the ClickFunnels tab.
- And then click on the Funnels section.
Now that you are at your list of funnels…
Simply click on the funnel that you’d like to use.
Next up is an example of one of my funnels and the steps.
Here is what you need to do.
- Click on the Funnel Step where you want to add your pixel.
- And then click on the yellow EDIT PAGE button (seen above).
That will then open up the ClickFunnels page editor.
- Click on Settings (at the top).
- And then click on Tracking Code.
- Lastly click on the Header or Footer tab.
It should look something like this.
Add retargeting ClickFunnels pixel in that black box above…
And then don’t forget to save the page before you’re done.
Note: Just make sure you put it in either the header or footer.
That’s going to be based upon what your service provider recommends.
So that’s one way.
Here’s the other.
How To Add Retargeting Pixel To ClickFunnels Part 2
This is how to add your ClickFunnels retargeting pixel to ALL of your pages in the funnel…
And not just one of them.
So once you are back to your main funnel (that shows your funnel steps):
- Click on SETTINGS.
- Paste that pixel either into the HEAD TRACKING CODE or BODY TRACKING CODE.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and then click on Save And Update Settings.
Here is a picture to show you where you enter the tracking codes.
Do you see on the bottom of the picture there?
That’s where the HEAD and BODY tracking sections are.
Make sure you place your retargeting pixel in the correct box.
And in case you are a visual person like myself?
So let’s wrap this post up…
As I’ve saved the best for last.
